What Makes Us Different?
We are a local family owned business, specializing in crawl space repairs, structural repairs, foundation repairs, crawl space waterproofing, encapsulation, fungus and mold treatments, and termite prevention.
When you hire us, you will be dealing directly with the owners of the company, Robbie and April McCarty. Robbie has 25 years of residential construction and foundation repair experience, and is a Class-A Residential Building Contractor. April has over 20 years of customer service, office management, law, and real-estate experience.
We believe in old fashioned work ethic, and will always tailor our advice to your home, and your specific needs. You won't receive a canned presentation or sales pitch. We also don't have the enormous overhead of TV and Radio ads, large buildings, or 50 trucks on the road, so we can offer a better price than many of our "big box" competitors.
In addition, your structural or crawl space repairs will be overseen directly by the Class-A contract and owner, not the 50th man in the company, or a new employee. We truly believe that when you hire us, you will receive the absolute best product, at the best price, with the best customer service. We absolutely will not recommend work you don't need.
We are not working on a sales commission, and as a small company, our personal name and reputation is all we have. If you don't need what you called us to check on, we will tell you. If we do repairs at your home, we will make sure it is done right the first time.
We use tried and true solutions, such as concrete and cinder-block support piers, and traditional french drain systems. We don't use steel screw jacks as support piers, or new aged drain systems that are a little easier to install, but don't work as well.
If you have a foundation or moisture problem, we will always differentiate between the most cost effective solution that will meet your needs, vs. upgrades and "nice-to-haves", while most companies pitch full encapsulation to every single person they meet.
