1.  We are a class-A licensed residential building contractor.  Any company doing large crawl space projects should have this license, no exceptions.  A pesticide license, class-c license, or just a mold certificate don't license companies to perform actual heavy construction, repair, and maintenance work under your home.

2.  We are a licensed pesticde applicator.  Any company doing mold, fungus, and rodent control should have this license.  

3.  We are a MICRO certified mold remediation contractor.  Virginia requires a contractor carry a mold certification to do mold removal in your crawl space.

4.  We carry $1,000,000 in general liability insurance as well as workman's comp insurance, and that insurance has riders for pesticide, mold, and structural work in confined spaces.  This is one of the main places that companies cut corners.
