If you have crawl space insulation that is decades old, is moldy, infested with rodents, or is wet and stringy, we can remove and dispose of it prior to installing new insulation or completing repairs.
Fiberglass Insulation
After 20 years or so fiberglass floor insulation gets old and damaged; eventually it needs to be replaced. Insulation can also be damaged by rodents and other animals nesting in your crawl space. We can replace fiberglass floor insulation, or provide products that offer more moisture protection going forward.
Foam Board Wall Insulation
Foam board wall insulation is one of the best and cleanest ways to insulation a sealed crawl space. It is mold and rodent resistant, and lasts for a lifetime.
Insul-Barrier
Insul-barrier is a blanket insulation consisting of waterproof layers of poly foam, bubble insulation, and radiant barrier, wrapped in a woven waterproof liner. It is quickly becoming our favorite crawl space insulation method for several reasons.
Insul- barrier has an R-12 insulation value, acts as a vapor barrier and insulation in one, is quick and easy to install saving $$, and it will last a lifetime.
