Patriot Crawl Space Repairs is a family-owned crawl space and foundation repair company serving Hampton Roads and surrounding coastal Virginia communities.
The company is led by Robbie McCarty, a licensed and insured Class A Residential Building Contractor with over 25 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, foundation repair, and structural work. Robbie oversees all inspections, estimating, and repair scopes.
Operations and finance are managed by April McCarty, who brings more than 20 years of experience in legal, banking, and accounting environments. She ensures projects remain organized and communication is consistent throughout the repair process.

Qualified In-House Technicians
Structural and crawl space repairs require experienced, reliable workmanship. For that reason, all work is completed by our own full-time, W-2 technicians—not subcontractors or temporary labor.
Our technicians are background-checked and bring years of hands-on experience working in crawl spaces, structural repairs, and residential building systems. Keeping work in-house allows us to maintain consistent quality, accountability, and efficiency on every project.
No Commissioned Sales Inspectors
Our inspections are conducted by experienced professionals, not commissioned salespeople. We do not use scripted presentations, high-pressure tactics, or incentive-based recommendations.
