Rebuild & Remodeling
Putting your home back together after water, fire, tree, or mold damage
What We Do?
We provide full rebuild and remodeling services after damage, bringing finished spaces back to life once the cleanup and drying are complete.
This means we take homes from open walls and unfinished areas to fully rebuilt, functional living spaces.
A Full Rebuild Service
Post-loss reconstruction and remodeling require coordination across many trades, structural repairs, permitting, and finish work.
We organize and manage all of that so your home is rebuilt and remodeled with precision and minimal stress.
Areas Of The Home We Rebuild
We rebuild and remodel kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, basements, crawl spaces, and any structural systems affected by the loss.
Walls, ceilings, floors, cabinetry, framing, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical are all part of what we bring back together.
Why Homeowners Choose Us?
Homeowners choose us because we take responsibility for the rebuild and see the project through once remediation is complete.
We provide clear estimates, steady communication, and the experience needed to rebuild and finish the home without unnecessary delays or surprises.
Our Owner Experience
Our company is owner-operated with decades of hands-on experience in full rebuilds, remodeling, structural repairs, and project coordination.
That experience ensures post-loss reconstruction and remodels are planned correctly from the start and finished without unnecessary complications.
Our Employees
Every project staffed daily with our background checked and drug screened W2 employees. We pay well and hire top technicians. We only use subcontractors for specialized trades, and we only use the best.
This ensures high quality work, a safe construction site, and projects getting completed on time, with little surprises.
Our Process
Post-loss rebuild projects involve detailed estimating, code alignment, and coordination with insurers when appropriate.
We manage every step — from clear estimates to permitting and communication — so you always know where your project stands.
Project Financing
Restoration projects are often insurance claims which take time to process. This can delay construction and moving back into your home.
We offer short term no-payment-no- interest financing, so that you can complete your project while waiting on final insurance payments. We also have long term loans, with low rates, and up to 10 year terms.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do You Handle Cleanup & Remediation?
No. We step in after remediation and drying are complete and the home is ready to be rebuilt.
Can You Rebuild And Not Just Patch Damage?
Yes. We handle full rebuilds and finish work so the space is fully restored and usable again.
Do You Do Insurance Related Work?
Yes. Many of our rebuild projects follow insurance claims, and our estimates are written to reflect documented damage and restoration scope.
Can Remodeling Be Included During The Rebuild?
Yes. Many homeowners choose to update finishes or layouts while rebuilding, and we can incorporate that work into the project.
Do You Provide Clear Estimates?
Yes. Our estimates are clear, itemized, and designed to avoid surprises once construction begins.
Who Will Be In My Home?
All general repair work is done by our in house W-2 employees, who are background checked and drug screened.
We use trade contractors for electrical and HVAC work, who we background check as well, and have long term relationships with. We always hire the best.
Do You Handle Permits And Inspections?
Yes. When permits or inspections are required, we manage that process as part of the rebuild. We also manage any needed design and engineering work.
How Long Does The Re-Build Take?
Timelines depend on the scope of work, but we provide clear expectations before construction starts.
We do not jump from project to project. Once we get to work on your home, we are there until it's completed.
