The second step to rodent and critter removal is to remove contaminated insulation, vapor barriers, and debris from the space. Typically these materials have undergone years of rodent or critter infestation and defecation, and pose health issues for the residents.
Sanitizing Your Attic Or Crawl
Once we have cleaned out the space by removing any critters and contaminated materials, we sanitize the space using anti-microbial cleaners that are safe and highly effective. We use the same botanical products that are used for crime scene cleanup and hospital sanitation.

Exclusion
Once we clean an attic or crawl space out we meticulously seal access holes so that rodents and pests can't return to the space. We can pinpoint access points in the crawl space, attic, exterior, and roof-lines, and seal via wood repair, screens, cement, and spray foam. Physical exclusion is the only effective rodent and critter prevention method.
Duct-Work Repair
& Replacement
Often times rodents and critters damage HVAC duct-work in your attic or crawl space. If this has happened in your home, we can repair and replace sections or all of the duct-work in the affected space.
Insulation & Vapor Barrier Installation
After we have identified rodent and critter access points and sealed them off, we can safely re-install insulation and vapor barrier materials in your attic or crawl space. We offer various insulation types based on your needs and preferences.
Rodent & Critter Monitoring
Once we have reset your clean space, we set rodent traps and monitor the space for several months going forward. During the monitoring period if we find rodent activity, we will re-inspect and seal any access points at no charge. If Any of our exclusion points fail within a year, we will repair them at no charge.
