We serve the entire Hampton Roads region from our home base in Smithfield. Do you charge for inspections?
No. Every crawl space inspection is free with no obligation. Robbie evaluates drainage, moisture, structural conditions, and overall crawl space performance, then provides a written scope of work with photos and pricing.
Who does the actual repair work?
All work is performed by our own background-checked W-2 employees under our Class A residential building contractor license. We do not use subcontractors.
How far will you travel for a job?

Owner Robbie McCarty personally inspects every crawl space — we don't send salespeople or commissioned representatives. You receive photos, a written explanation of the problem, and an itemized scope of work with line-by-line pricing. No pressure to decide on the spot.
